Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant data protection authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act (Amendment) 2024.

If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to you personally, we will also notify you directly without undue delay.

Data Protection Officer

As required under the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act (Amendment) 2024, Soul Weavers Circle has designated a Data Protection Officer responsible for overseeing compliance with this policy and applicable data protection laws.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
