Terms of Service

Summary: what this policy covers

  • You must be 18 or older to join
  • One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable
  • The content (cards, guidebook, sessions) is Dr. Diana-Lea Baranovich's intellectual property. No sharing or reselling
  • No screenshots, downloads or redistribution of purchased content
  • The platform is for personal reflection only. It is not a substitute for therapy
  • We can suspend accounts that misuse the community or violate these terms
  • Membership auto-renews until cancelled
  • Malaysian law governs these terms

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a membership or product on Soul Weavers Circle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase a membership. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You may not share your account with another person
  • You may not transfer your account or membership to another person
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account

Membership and Billing

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Intellectual Property

All content on Soul Weavers Circle, including the Archetype Self-Reflection Cards: The Diana Deck, the guidebook, session recordings, written materials and any other creative works, is the intellectual property of Dr. Diana-Lea Baranovich and Soul Weavers Circle.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission.

Content Access and Distribution

All books, guides and written materials purchased through the Soul Weavers Circle boutique are licensed for your personal use only. They are made available to you through your secure Library, accessible via your account login on any device.

You may not:

  • Screenshot, photograph, screen-record or capture any portion of purchased content
  • Download, export or attempt to extract content from the platform by any technical means
  • Reproduce, copy or duplicate content in any form, in whole or in part
  • Share, distribute, resell or forward purchased content to any other person
  • Upload or post any content from the platform to any external website, platform or file-sharing service

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content through the Soul Weavers Circle platform for as long as your account remains in good standing. It does not grant ownership of the content or any rights beyond personal access.

Enforcement and Takedown

Soul Weavers Circle actively monitors for unauthorised reproduction and distribution of its content. We apply social DRM practices to all digital materials.

If we identify copies of our content being shared or redistributed without authorisation, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit takedown notices to the relevant platform, host or service provider under applicable copyright law
  • Request removal of infringing content from any website, social media platform or file-sharing service
  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account of any member found to be in breach of these terms
  • Pursue further legal remedies where appropriate

Community Standards

Soul Weavers Circle is a private, contemplative community. Members are expected to engage with respect and care. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Harass or disrespect other members or facilitators
  • Share platform content outside the community without permission
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission
  • Violate any applicable law

Disclaimer

Soul Weavers Circle and the Diana Deck are designed for personal reflection, creative inquiry and psychological exploration. They are not a substitute for professional psychotherapy, medical advice or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek professional support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Weavers Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
